The Lunchbox Series: The Snack Box

Updated: Jan 16, 2021

Things are insane in the world right now, so unless you're "essential", you're at home and you're probably losing your mind! I'm sure everyone is looking for something to do other than scroll through Instagram and is getting bored of what's in their pantry. Here's another lunchbox in my series that will give you something to do during quarantine and something to look forward to.

I got all of the containers I use at WalMart and I will link those below. I wash and reuse them as much as I can to one, save money, and two, to not create too much waste.

Black Containers

Small Containers

The Snack Box

This box is perfect for a small lunch or quick snack, it’s just enough to get you through mid-morning, and is the perfect portion to satisfy. You can choose whatever you want to make your wrap with (I like to use crunchy almond butter) then throw in some veggies and pretzels for your savory and fruit for your sweet snacks! It’s good for you and delicious!

What You Need:

(Feel free to add or substitute anything according to your likes and diet)

Celery

Clementines

Pretzels

Strawberries

Peanut Butter

Bananas

Wraps

Tips:

~ Most boxes I would recommend making 3-5 so you have them for the week. Because of the bananas, only make 1-2 of these boxes.

~ If you want to make more than 2 boxes, just make your banana wrap the day of.

~ Get the largest size of wraps, it makes it much easier to work with.

~Put the pretzels in a plastic bag while storing.

~ Get creative with your wrap, throw in some chocolate chips or coconut flakes!

If you made it here, thank you for reading my entire post! I hope you're surviving quarantine and you and your family are healthy. Stay tuned for my next post and don't forget to subscribe!
